Take responsibility for your store and department's strengths, analyze sales results, identify commercial opportunities, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profitability, and inventory. Manage team scheduling and ensure smooth opening and closing routines. Recruit, engage, and develop your team while promoting an inclusive and collaborative culture that drives growth and innovation. Stay current with fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitors to maintain competitive advantage. Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
