dLocal is seeking an Operations Support Associate to join our Refunds team in Barcelona. This role is essential to identifying and reporting issues and following up on corrective actions to resolve differences and deficiencies in our payment operations across emerging markets.
You will ensure the correct flow of operations in the company by completing refunds received in different countries where dLocal has a presence. Daily routines include processing and ensuring corresponding manual refunds within established deadlines, contacting banks and processors for confirmation of refunds, analyzing reports, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues.
