The Operations Manager leads delivery for a defined region with full reporting line responsibility, ensuring Business-As-Usual (BAU) stability while meeting client commitments. This role owns quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement outcomes by orchestrating people, process, and technology.
Own day-to-day production for the region and reporting line. Maintain BAU stability and recover quickly from incidents to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Drive Right-First-Time outcomes through control plans, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions. Ensure consistent quality standards across all deliverables.
Plan capacity, balance workload, and remove blockers to achieve committed cycle times and SLAs. Ensure timely delivery of all client commitments.
Improve unit cost and throughput via Lean/Kaizen methodologies, standard work, and automation. Prioritize transformation opportunities for operational excellence.
Coach and develop Associate Managers, build succession pipelines, and foster psychological safety and high performance. Collaborate with HR to strengthen engagement and DE&I initiatives.
