Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients, ensuring timely and successful transitions into managed services Assess client environments, including infrastructure, networks, and cloud systems, to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities Design and implement Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure resources including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services Migrate users, data, and workloads to Microsoft 365 and/or Azure platforms Configure and support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including identity synchronization, conditional access, and security policies Evaluate and implement network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless solutions Document onboarding processes, client environments, and configurations thoroughly Collaborate with internal teams (Service Desk, NOC, Security) to ensure seamless handoff post-onboarding Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients during onboarding engagements Identify opportunities for service improvement, standardization, and automation
