Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Adelaide team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Adelaide office, providing facilities that reflect and support a professional work environment while fostering a cohesive and collaborative team culture.
You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception and client service experience. In facilities management, you will oversee leases, OH&S compliance, office maintenance, cleaning, furniture, IT and telephone facilities, and company vehicles.
Your financial administration duties include managing office expenditure, banking processes, and related reporting. For quality assurance, you will maintain Business Management System certification and compliance. In IT and communications, you will coordinate procurement of ICT hardware, software, and networks, managing support services and online systems.
You will provide HR support by facilitating onboarding, inductions, training support, and departure processes for staff. Office operations include organizing office communications, supplies, hot desk bookings, catering, events, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will provide tender/bid support assisting with bid preparation, document formatting, and submission, as well as project administration support.
