Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight) Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs, inventory records, and documentation Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies or delays Distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock organization Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support tasks Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer or vendor inquiries as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in both office and shipping areas Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
