Hiring Range: $350,000 – 400,000 Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations Location: Milford, MA Facility: Milford Regional Medical Center Department: Milford Regional Physician Group Professional Area : Obstetrics and Gynecology Schedule: Full-Time Key Highlights Established and growing department with collaborative, supportive colleagues, including seven full-scope OB/GYN generalists and three Laborists. 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric coverage supporting high-quality obstetric care. Approximately 1,100 deliveries annually, providing a robust and well-balanced clinical volume. LDRP maternity care model with a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous improvement. Call requirement: Three 12-hour shifts per month, with flexibility for 24-hour shifts for interested parties. Typical schedule is at least 3 days in the office and includes one dedicated OR day and one administrative day, supported by highly trained 1:1 clinical support.
