As a NAPS Apprentice, you will ensure that all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty. Taking charge of entire technical assets in the building, you will manage the engineering team and support the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in coordinating technical issues with clients and occupants.
Manage and maintain electromechanical and utilities services at the site with the technician team. Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules. Conduct regular site inspections to check for risk or defect areas. Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed. Ensure documentation, checking, and follow-up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
Be responsible for hiring, training, and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff. Formulate suitable budgeting controls and monitor financial aspects of facility operations. Coordinate with clients and occupants on technical matters.
