JOB OVERVIEW: The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining, stocking, and managing minibar services in guest rooms to the highest luxury hospitality standards. This role ensures accuracy, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail while delivering a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities Restock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standards Inspect minibar items for quality, freshness, and correct presentation Accurately record minibar consumption and charges using the hotel’s system Ensure pricing, product selection, and inventory levels meet brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar units and storage areas Report missing, damaged, or expired items promptly Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure room readiness Handle minibar-related guest inquiries professionally and discreetly Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
