We are seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant I to join our Float Pool team on a per diem basis. This role provides flexibility to work across multiple departments while delivering essential clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers and patients.
Under the direction of licensed clinicians, you will perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, patient preparation, and basic procedures. You will also handle clerical duties including scheduling, patient intake, and medical record management. The float pool assignment offers variety and the opportunity to gain broad clinical experience.
This is a per diem position with flexible scheduling across Sunday through Saturday. The hiring range is $17.43 - $31.37 per hour, with potential signing bonus eligibility. Mixed 8-hour shifts provide work-life balance.
Candidates should have completed a Medical Assistant training program or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different clinical environments are essential.
