NBCUniversal is seeking a Media Manager responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and evaluation of paid media campaigns in support of Universal Pictures' theatrical releases and brand initiatives in Spain.
You will develop and implement media strategies for theatrical film releases, aligned with global guidance and local market objectives. The role involves defining target audiences, channel mix, phasing, and investment priorities across the campaign lifecycle including launch, sustain, and holdover phases. You will ensure media plans support opening-weekend performance while balancing longer-term reach and efficiency. The position requires translating global strategies into strong local execution, informed by data, insights, and performance benchmarks. You will manage end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across all media including Digital (online video, social, programmatic, search), TV, CTV, OOH/DOOH, and Audio (radio, streaming). Coordinating closely with media agency to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality campaign delivery is essential. The role reports directly to the Marketing Director of the Spain Operation and works closely with internal marketing team, media agencies, and global stakeholders to maximize audience reach, efficiency, and box-office impact.
The ideal candidate has strong media planning and buying experience with expertise in digital and traditional media channels. Experience in entertainment or film marketing is highly desirable.
