Implement defined retention strategies, ensure retention agreements are executed per local requirements, and escalate local situations requiring HRBP review such as flight risks or compensation issues.
Support rollout of global and regional development initiatives, partnering with people managers and employees to provide on-the-ground leadership.
Develop and implement HR policies reflecting market conditions and company philosophy. Ensure compliance with policies at local level and oversee resolution of employee relations issues. Partner with Works Councils and Unions.
