Develop account-specific strategies and engagement plans while leading or supporting negotiations, contracting, and tender processes. Monitor execution and performance of key accounts to improve outcomes and ensure effective collaboration within the KAM Payer team and with in-field teams, especially in TOP10 hospitals.
Support team capability building and talent development initiatives while maintaining strong leadership in a matrix environment. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate strategy into practical account plans.
