Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Professional for Materials Planning and Execution in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is responsible for managing and executing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and leading the forecasting team.

As Manufacturing Professional, you will be accountable for implementation of the S&OP process and compliance to Head Quarter governance including S&OP output graphs, datasets, KPIs, and actions. You will work with supply chain teams on supply planning and manage the S&OP and forecasting team including employee training, development, and career progression.
Lead global S&OP processes that transform data into strategic decisions. Partner with regional teams to build accurate, insight-driven forecasts and deliver supply chain success. This role offers opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in materials planning and execution.
