As the Manager of Sales Development, you will lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for selling the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform across diverse industry verticals.
You will formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to hit and exceed both team and department sales targets. This role requires strong partnership and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Partner Alliances, Services, and HR teams, making cross-company engagement and orchestration crucial to success. You will be responsible for driving outstanding business results while maintaining first-class customer relationships.
