NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager of FAST Analytics to join our Media Group Decision Sciences organization. This strategic role is responsible for enabling the growth, operational performance, and long-term value creation of our Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV business through rigorous analytics, insight generation, and decision support.
Reporting into the Media Group Decision Sciences organization and partnering closely with the Sr. Manager of Distribution & Partnership Strategy, this role sits at the intersection of content, distribution, advertising, product, and analytics within a highly matrixed organization. Success requires translating complex data into clear strategic insights that help scale the FAST business profitably while avoiding cannibalization of our content licensing business and Peacock streaming platform.
You will develop and maintain analytical frameworks, performance measurement systems, and economic models that inform strategic guardrails, evaluate tradeoffs, and reinforce operating rhythms. This ensures FAST complements and strengthens the broader portfolio ecosystem. As an individual contributor, you need strong cross-functional influence, analytical rigor, and deep understanding of the evolving streaming, advertising, and content marketplaces.
The Manager serves as a trusted thought partner to the Sr. Manager of Distribution & Partnership Strategy and functional leaders, shaping decisions through data-driven storytelling. You will guide a cross-functional roadmap and team responsible for execution, prioritizing experiments based on evolving business goals. The ideal candidate is an expert in leading cross-functional workflows with passion for experimentation and conversion-focused experiences.
