Cloudflare is looking for a Manager to lead our Business Development Representative team covering the SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) region. In this role, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and managing a team of BDRs who generate qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth across South Asian markets.
You will develop and execute outbound and inbound prospecting strategies, set team targets, and ensure consistent performance against quotas. Your leadership will be critical in developing the skills and careers of our BDRs while ensuring that Cloudflare maintains a strong presence in emerging markets across the SAARC region.
You will collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize the lead-to-revenue process, provide market intelligence, and refine our go-to-market approach for the region. At Cloudflare, we embrace an AI-native sales culture, and you will leverage modern sales tools and AI technologies to enhance team productivity, improve lead scoring, and provide data-driven coaching to your team. Working in a distributed environment, you will manage a geographically dispersed team while maintaining strong communication and collaboration.
