Mastercard Ecuador is seeking a passionate, sales-driven executive who believes in the transformative opportunity that the payment industry brings to the Financial Sector. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping Mastercard grow its traditional business while driving and providing strategic guidance on partners' digital transformation efforts centered around payments and value solutions that support healthy business growth.
You will be accountable for deploying comprehensive strategies that benefit business partners, consumers, government entities, and communities. This role supports business development strategies, builds alignment for a healthy and efficient payment ecosystem, and drives proposals supported by robust business cases and ROI analysis. The position requires deep understanding of your assigned accounts, managing CxO-level relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging Mastercard's technology and innovation capabilities.
Lead strategic account management initiatives, develop and maintain executive-level relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions, and ensure alignment between customer needs and Mastercard's product portfolio. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to build compelling business cases and drive sustainable growth across your account portfolio.
