Summary: Performs scheduling and administrative functions for the maintenance organization, including data entry and maintenance of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), contractor coordination, and procurement activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain CMMS, including equipment database, preventative maintenance plans, repair history, and work order processing. Compile data and accurately produce reports as assigned. Compile cost information for project related work and provide to Finance at each month-end close. Maintain equipment database, including capital asset numbers in coordination with Finance. Schedule and coordinate contractor work for building repair and planned maintenance activities. Work with Engineering to establish preventative maintenance plans for new equipment and maintain maintenance specific equipment documentation. Purchase parts and materials for repairs and projects by purchase order and purchasing card, including maintaining documentation for purchase reconciliation. Use fleet vehicles for local material or part pick-up Maintain forklift certification for unloading and movement of material or equipment. Maintain inspection procedures and documentation for life safety systems in accordance with regulatory and insurance requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: One to three years combined experience in material control, manufacturing, or engineering with exposure to, or experience in, maintenance operations. Must have general knowledge of scheduling concepts and principles. Must have general knowledge of materials required for maintenance and repair of industrial plant equipment. Must have knowledge of material procurement procedures. Must have strong ability to establish, prioritize, and organize responsibilities. SAP experience preferred. Certificates and Licenses: Associate will be required to maintain forklift certification.
