We are seeking a bilingual Logistics Operations Supervisor for night shift operations. This role involves supervising daily operational activities, team leadership, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
The successful candidate will supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow, monitor production schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements. You will ensure operations meet productivity, quality, and cost targets while identifying and resolving operational issues to avoid downtime or delays.
Participate in team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. Promote a positive, disciplined, and safety-conscious work culture.
Ensure all processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and PPE usage. Conduct safety audits and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment with 5S knowledge.
Communicate daily goals and updates with management and departments. Analyze operational bottlenecks, implement improvement strategies, and prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries.
Bilingual Korean and English required. Experience in operations supervision and logistics management preferred.
