The Mastercard Software Builders Experience (MSBX) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer. We are part of Mastercard's Team ONE, empowering 6000+ Engineers around the globe. We are responsible for creating a great developer experience enabling engineering teams to deliver innovative payment solutions for hundreds of millions of customers.
We build and operate a holistic set of services and tooling for cloud-agnostic declarative provisioning of infrastructure and application resources, standard CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling and environments, and application frameworks and bootstrapping. Our services enable Mastercard engineering teams to focus on delivering business value from ideation to market. The ideal candidate will help Mastercard developers efficiently build, test, and deliver secure, quality software.
Candidates should have strong experience with Java, Go, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD best practices is essential. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are required.
