Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations to join our Finance Team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will provide financial planning and support for Corporate, business, or P&L functions, requiring thorough understanding and mastery of approaches, theories, and methodologies in organizational finance.
You will manage the business cycle, including short-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all organizational levels. The role involves defining KPIs to evaluate performance across manufacturing, R&D, engineering, supply, and commissioning functions.
You will analyze performance and recommend actions to strengthen profitability, improve cash generation, and implement corrective measures when needed. The position requires advising functional managers on projects, processes, and procedures within the relevant domain.
Additionally, you will handle communication with colleagues and business stakeholders regarding design and coordination of financial planning activities. Our Finance Team takes ownership of building capital allocation decision-making tools that align with business strategy.
