Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Engineer, Product Design and Engineering - Mechanical to drive technical delivery of subsea power and control systems for offshore energy projects. You will own the design and execution of complex subsea distribution technologies in our Subsea Engineering division.
As a Subsea Trees Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the design and delivery of state-of-the-art subsea Well Systems. You will take part in the full engineering lifecycle—from concept development to detailed design, manufacturing support, testing, and installation activities.
You will participate in the full design cycle of subsea tree components and tooling, from concept to drawings and BOM management. The role requires applying and interpreting key industry standards including ISO, API, ASME, NACE, DNVGL, NORSOK, and EURO codes.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supply chain, materials, analysis groups, and manufacturing to transform requirements into robust and innovative subsea solutions. Your work will directly support both customer requisition projects and product structuring initiatives.
