From first sketch to final garment, your vision will shape the future of fashion and inspire a global audience. At & Other Stories, every print tells a story. As a Junior Designer Print, you will help shape the visual identity of our collections by creating expressive prints that inspire our global customer. From initial artwork to final placement, you will play an essential role in bringing our brand's narrative to life.
You will support the senior print and atelier designers in developing seasonal print concepts that align with our brand DNA. Your work includes creating original artwork, repeat patterns, placements, and textile graphics across categories. You'll transform trend insights into prints that feel modern, relevant, and commercial. You'll prepare print files for production, ensuring accuracy in colour, technique, and execution. You'll participate in fittings and contribute to ensuring that prints integrate seamlessly with silhouette, materials, and overall design. Additionally, you'll conduct research on print, colour, and cultural trends to inform seasonal directions, work proactively with timelines, and collaborate closely with design teams, buyers, and production to secure cohesive and high-quality collections.
You will be part of the assortment team and collaborate with the senior pattern designer, buyers, and production teams to bring creative visions to life.
