Perform mannequin styling and coordination proposals to increase customer purchase desire. Execute merchandising according to company guidelines to ensure sales floor unity and commercial effectiveness. Support sales team while contributing to daily store operations and seamless customer experience. Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards, providing training and guidance to team members. As Brand Ambassador, ensure all visual elements contribute to memorable customer experiences.
