As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience, increasing sales, and creating an inspiring and attractive atmosphere. Working with a dedicated team, you will lead the delivery of excellent service and outstanding operations. Through your team, you'll create sincere, personalized, and consistently welcoming shopping experiences.
Provide high-level service to customers through styling advice, product knowledge, and in-store experiences. Analyze sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize department sales performance. Lead the Sales Associate team to achieve excellent service standards. Support recruitment and manage smooth orientation and training for new employees. Develop training plans to identify and grow future talent alongside the Store Manager. Oversee store operations and serve as Brand Ambassador to provide the best customer experience. Act in the Store Manager's absence when needed.
