IQ-EQ is searching for a Senior Transfer Agent Officer to reinforce the financial department. Experience in Closed-Ended Funds and Private Equities is required for this position. You will play a critical role in supporting investor relations and transfer agent operations.
You will prepare and review capital call, distribution, and equalisation calculations, produce Capital Account Statements and contract notes, and support the release of investor communications. Reviewing transactions and coordinating closely with the AML/KYC team on investor onboarding and closings is essential.
You will manage switch and transfer requests, respond to investor queries, and maintain accurate investor static data. Contributing to audits by providing registers and TA confirmations, supporting FATCA/CRS and CSSF reporting, and assisting with regulatory reporting are key functions. You will liaise with the Settlement/Payment team for distribution processing, maintain multiple entity and investor registers across TA systems, and prepare and review cash monitoring sheets.
