We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. This role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a problem-solver mindset in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will report to and communicate with the Site/General Manager and client, monitoring all processes and employees for adherence to standards. You will monitor and cycle all materials weekly to ensure proper cycle counting completion and inventory accuracy. The role includes participation in official physical inventory twice a year, including preparation, actual counts, reconciliations, and claim submissions. You will complete all reporting timely and accurately for daily, weekly, and monthly requirements.
Ensure all required training is completed in a timely manner, collaborate with team members and Site Manager, and manage additional tasks as needed. Prepare for peak season operations, identify improvement needs, and support warehouse operations and projects. Demonstrate commitment to quality and safety while maintaining honesty and transparency in all work situations.
3+ years of experience required. Bilingual English/Korean preferred. Must be able to work with all levels of management professionally and keep a clean, safe working environment.
