You will work closely with clients to address both strategic and operational challenges including growth strategy, cost optimization, supply chain transformation, process benchmarking, productivity enhancement, and performance improvement . Responsibilities: As a Manager , you will be part of a team of professionals with extensive consulting and industry experience. Support Large-scale Transformation Projects: Support the delivery of end -to-end transformation projects for Mining & Metals clients, involving Align, Innovate, Release, and Evolve phases of a Transformation program . Market assessment of Mineral commodities, critical minerals, Global trends, metal recycling and circularity. Operations: Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives . Requirements Analysis: Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis with Business Acumen and being users of Enterprise applications . Map and assess operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics functions . Support value chain diagnostics, cost take-out, throughput improvement, and asset productivity enhancement projects . Conduct operational benchmarking and recommend best practices for process efficiency and digital interventions . Analyze KPIs like production, OMS, availability, utilization , yield, cycle time, plant utilization , inventory turnover, etc., and develop performance dashboards . Work on lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or Industry 4.0-related initiatives (exposure to tools/methodologies is a plus) .
