What you’ll achieve In your role as an HR and Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for planning and execution of recruitment activities in support of a business group. You will implement short- and long-term strategies to ensure that the hiring targets are met. You will also provide your support on some country specific HR matters: You will: •Fill vacancies against rigorous time, quality and service demands, prioritizing both volume and specialty openings •Build the candidate pipeline via various channels such as advertising (print and web based), employee referrals, direct sourcing and personal networking; research effective methods to identify diverse talent •Drive the candidates journey end-to-end including complex salary negotiations and job offers that involve influencing skills to both candidates and our stakeholders • Provide Italy‑specific HR operational expertise, including compliant contract preparation, onboarding documentation, accurate employee data maintenance, and all activities requiring Italian fluency or on‑site execution. Ensure full compliance with Italian labor law, GDPR, and country‑specific HR regulatory requirements, partnering seamlessly with global HR Shared Services teams in English • Deliver localized HR execution, including wet‑signature collection, physical file management, audit support, and coordination with Italian authorities and vendors for required HR processes.
