We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housekeeping Ordertaker to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Housekeeping Ordertaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by efficiently managing housekeeping requests and coordinating with various departments. Answer and process guest requests for housekeeping services in a timely and courteous manner Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure prompt fulfilment of guest requests Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping orders and their status Liaise with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to address guest concerns Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies as needed Assist in scheduling room cleaning and turndown services Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary Ensure all interactions with guests meet the hotel's high standards of customer service Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Secondary school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
