About the Role

We are seeking a motivated High School Co-op to join our Schwing Electrical Supply team in West Springfield, MA. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for high school seniors to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical workplace experience through supervised on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite and update purchase orders using our ERP system
• Monitor and respond to email communications
• Accumulate, prepare, and distribute product specification sheets
• Assist in maintaining product database integrity
• Support various projects as assigned
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a work study program
• High school student (less than high school completion preferred)
• Currently attending Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School
• Reliable and committed to effective customer service
• Ability to work productively as part of a team
