The Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Manager position within Work Dynamics is a key member of the Account Team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all HSSE requirements and activities, driving safety culture and regulatory compliance across facilities.
You will become the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the account, communicating HSSE needs and results to the Account Leadership Team. Your expertise will shape safety outcomes across the portfolio.
Play a lead role in the continued development and refinement of JLL's HSSE culture and training programs on the account. Develop and maintain the account training matrix, manage and assign online training requirements, and develop account-specific HSSE training as needed.
Provide technical expertise, strategic leadership, and support for all JLL facilities on HSSE regulatory compliance issues and questions. You will deliver training and presentations on specific topics applicable to the account, ensuring all team members are equipped with necessary safety knowledge.
