AbbVie is seeking a Head of Marketing for Plastics & Regenerative Medicine to lead, develop, and execute marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio targeting hospital, ASC, and clinic environments. This role oversees full lifecycle management of five leading brands while driving success for upcoming product launches.
You will develop and execute multi-year brand strategies in collaboration with Medical Affairs, R&D, Operations, Sales, Upstream Commercial, and Finance. The role includes building comprehensive marketing plans encompassing clinic, hospital, and direct-to-consumer segments. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of seven brand marketers while overseeing the Medical Education department with 12 team members delivering training to over 1,500 residents, fellows, and surgeons per year. Establishing strong cross-functional partnerships and continuously expanding market and competitive landscape insights are critical to success.
The ideal candidate brings proven marketing leadership experience in medical devices or healthcare. You should demonstrate ability to develop integrated marketing strategies, lead high-performing teams, and drive business growth. Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and customers are essential.
