As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience.
You will work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Your day-to-day duties include providing excellent customer service through the OMNI experience, engaging in conversations with customers, and guiding them through fashion trends and products across all store areas.
You will effectively promote and sell products, actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives, and represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team.
