As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell products and provide support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information they need for the best shopping experience.
Your daily duties will include providing excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available. You will engage in meaningful conversations with customers to provide excellent service, guide them through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store, and effectively promote and sell H&M products.
You will actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives, represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions, and support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management. Additionally, you will work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house areas.
