As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information they need for the best shopping experience. Your role includes working on garment refill and care, presentation, and contributing to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house area.
You will work closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Your duties include providing excellent customer service through welcoming and guiding customers, engaging in conversations to provide exceptional service, and guiding customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store. You will actively promote and sell products, promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives, and represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
