As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products and provide support. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience.
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same. Your typical day will include providing excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available. You will engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service and guide them through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
You will effectively promote and sell products, actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives. You will represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions and support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
You will work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. Working closely with the rest of your store team, you will deliver an excellent customer experience while staying aware of current fashion trends.
