As a Sales Advisor at H&M's Chandler Fashion Center, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products and provide support. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all relevant information for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available. Willingness to engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service. Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell products to customers. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and share your knowledge with customers and team members. Your passion for fashion will help create memorable shopping experiences.
Work closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management. Every team member contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere.
