As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience.
You will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available. You will engage with customers to provide excellent service and guide them through our fashion trends, stories, and products. You will actively promote and sell our products to customers and promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives. You will work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
You will keep up-to-date with fashion trends and use your knowledge to inspire and guide customers. You will represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions and support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
