As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. This dynamic retail position requires you to welcome and guide customers through the store, actively selling products while providing personalized support and guidance. You will leverage your fashion knowledge and product expertise to ensure customers receive all the information they need for a satisfying shopping experience.
Your daily duties will include providing excellent customer service by welcoming customers, guiding them through the store's offerings, and supporting them with direct assistance. You will engage in meaningful conversations with customers, guide them through current fashion trends and product offerings, and effectively promote and sell H&M products. Additionally, you will actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
Beyond customer interactions, you will work on garment refill and care, ensure proper presentation, and contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house areas. You will collaborate closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience and support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
