As a Department Supervisor at H&M, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same. A typical day includes various responsibilities across customer service, sales, and operations.
You are responsible for supporting the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
Be aware of and take responsibility for your department's strengths, identifying commercial opportunities and working with your Department Manager to act on them. Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team has the ability to work towards actively promoting and selling products to customers.
Follow up that your team is actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives. Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchanges. Ensure all admin routines for both people and operations are handled correctly.
Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, and styles to provide relevant guidance to customers and maintain H&M's position as a fashion-forward retailer.
