As a Department Supervisor at H&M's Lynnhaven Mall location, you will support the Sales and Profit goals by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in your department and overall store. You'll work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
You are responsible for supporting the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions. Be aware of and take responsibility for your department's strengths, identifying commercial opportunities and working with your Department Manager to act on them. Ensure customer service is provided in all areas and that your team can actively promote and sell products. Follow up on Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) promotion and in-store sustainability initiatives. Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
Keep up-to-date with the fashion scene, trends, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge. Your awareness of current styles will help guide customers and contribute to sales success.
