As a Department Manager at H&M, you will be the leader who supports and encourages your entire team. This management position requires you to bring everyone together to create an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit, helping you, your team, and H&M succeed. You will ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for your store, customers, and colleagues while being aware of your store's strengths, opportunities, and competitors.
You will be responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Your duties include representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions, identifying commercial opportunities, and establishing and analyzing sales and budget goals to optimize results.
You will ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team has the ability to actively promote and sell products to customers. Additionally, you will follow up on Customer Loyalty App promotion and in-store sustainability initiatives, manage your department cost-efficiently, and ensure correct routines in fitting rooms and other operational areas.
