Greet guests warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) systems Deliver orders promptly while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and beverage pairings Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism Clear and reset tables in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness and organization Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times Multitask effectively during peak service hours while remaining composed and supportive Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to management Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed
Proven experience in guest service, food and beverage service, or hospitality environment (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Strong time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations Professional demeanor with a friendly and empathetic approach Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and menu items (preferred) Familiarity with upselling and suggestive selling techniques (preferred) Conflict resolution skills and ability to handle difficult situations gracefully Proficiency in local languages in addition to English (preferred)
