As a key member of the Global Customer Success team, the Global Win-Back Analyst delivers analytical and strategic value through win-back initiatives as part of the organization's client partnership strategy. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders and Consultants to define and deliver against the win-back insight agenda.
The primary responsibility is to drive win-back initiatives, client satisfaction, and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders via analytical strategic projects. You will lead the analytical pipeline of win-back initiatives, ensuring a structured and trusted-advisor approach. The role involves defining and executing the strategic win-back analytical agenda, aligning outputs with client business priorities.
You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and provide leadership on strategic analyses to diagnose root causes of churn and identify recovery opportunities. The role requires re-establishing client value by articulating impact, ROI, and long-term partnership opportunities.
Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent execution and accountability across regions. Support the development of best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for sustainable win-back success. This position is open to candidates in Western Europe countries.
