Gorh is seeking an experienced Food Services Manager to lead our finishing kitchen operations in Drummondville, Quebec. This leadership position combines culinary expertise with personnel management and operational oversight.
You will supervise and train kitchen personnel while planning and organizing daily workflows, schedules, and priorities. The role includes budget management, inventory control, and maintaining quality assurance standards. You'll ensure compliance with nutritional, religious, and therapeutic requirements while leading a dedicated food service team.
We require a culinary arts diploma or equivalent experience, with recent experience gained within the last 5 years including 3 years in food production and personnel management. Candidates should possess knowledge of culinary methods and institutional nutrition, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
