Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An additional degree in Economics is advantageous Extensive experience in B2B sales management Fluent in Dutch, English and French, both written and oral In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Profound knowledge of the Belgian market
