About the Role
We are currently hiring a Clinic Support Associate for immediate, long-term employment as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role manages front desk operations and assists clinicians with patient care, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing field where you can make a real impact.
Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 2pm-8pm
Friday: 2pm-7pm
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with an upbeat attitude and warm, inviting smile
- Answer or direct inquiries and efficiently check in patients both in person and over the phone
- Deliver high level customer service ensuring patient satisfaction
- Optimize provider time and maximize treatment room utilization through accurate appointment scheduling
- Manage scheduling operations with focus on growth, provider availability, and treatment room usage
- Maintain on-time patient flow by promptly notifying clinicians of patient arrivals
- Monitor service delivery against schedule and alert providers of any delays
- Receive and process incoming faxes promptly ensuring timely communication
- Perform accurate data entry into the Electronic Medical Records system
- Support clinicians with patient care duties as needed
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about patient care and customer service. Previous healthcare or front desk experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
