Sika is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our growing team in Brighton, CO. This position operates forklifts and other equipment for receiving and shipping raw materials, operating supplies, and finished products under general supervision of the Warehouse or Production Manager.
You will pull finished products from inventory and prepare customer orders for shipment, select/pack/wrap products for delivery, and receive/store incoming materials and supplies. Responsibilities include operating forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse, verifying shipments against bills of lading, and using barcode scanners for accurate inventory records. You'll perform cycle counts, set up and monitor bulk transfers according to SOPs, and maintain Hazwoper certification as part of the emergency response team.
High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a fast-paced warehouse. Ability to read and understand written documents in English is essential. Willingness to complete company-provided forklift certification training is required. Must be able to lift up to 74 lbs repeatedly during your shift. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills with flexibility to work the required 2:00-10:00pm shift schedule.
